1. How do you return an item?
    You have seven days from the date of receipt of your package, namely the day following despatch of the package by Swiss Post, to return the item, and it must be in its original packaging (the box, interior packing, plastic wrapping and item documents must not be damaged, ripped or stained). You must cover the shipping cost, and the item can only be returned once a return request has been confirmed by Loved Products customer services.
    a) To request a return number, go to your order history https://lovedproducts.ch/en/order-history in your customer account.
    b) Work down your order on the page and tick the product or products you want to return, providing a reason for the return, then confirm by clicking [Make an RMA slip >]
    c) Once you have received your confirmation, return to your account, open the product return page https://lovedproducts.ch/en/order-history and print your return label.
    d) Return the products in the condition in which they were received and in their original packing, along with the return label, to the following address:

  2. How can I access a copy of my invoice?
    Log in to your customer account and go to history and details of my orders. You can download a copy of your invoice via the PDF icon on the relevant order line.
