Lydia Laurent was born in Austria where she studied literature. After some time in Paris, and a stroke of destiny, she settled in French-speaking Switzerland. A part-time accountant, she dedicates most of her spare time to her creations.


She combines beads, animals and other creative little items with other materials to create and enhance jewellery or other useful items.


Passionate about colours and decoration, Lydia has always searched for unusual and extraordinary creations. This allowed her to try out various different techniques until she came across glass and its limitless possibilities. It was a discovery that marked the start of an exciting adventure.


Loved Products is fascinated by the explosion of colour that comes from Lydia’s beads. Her creations are sometimes chic and sometimes quirky with depictions of bees and ladybirds that will appeal to mums and children alike.
